Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center

Memorial Sloan Kettering’s Cancer Center the world’s oldest and largest private cancer center, has devoted more than 130 years to exceptional patient care, innovative research, and outstanding educational programs. Today, they are one of 47 National Cancer Institute–designated Comprehensive Cancer Centers, with state-of-the-art science flourishing side by side with clinical studies and treatment.

COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Community Resources was established in 1953 by a group of concerned parents who were seeking alternatives to institutionalization for their developmentally disabled children. Community Resources is one of the New York City area’s largest and most experienced voluntary, not-profit, comprehensive service providers for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and/or a mental health diagnosis.
